To this day, memories of the heavenly beef brisket served at his now-legendary Clubhouse BBQ on Woodward Avenue near Detroit causes mouths to water. After garnering hundreds of food-industry awards, and seeing his all-natural salsa become the number-one fresh salsa in North America, he turned his attention to making delicious, high-quality whole proteins that were fully cooked and ready to eat. Thus, Clean Planet Foods was born.
Jack's passions are many. He's a world-champion softball player who's competed internationally, often outperforming players half his age. He also loves to cycle. In fact, his active lifestyle ultimately influenced a desire to fill a void in the fitness community; there weren't any center-of-plate protein solutions available that were delicious, healthy and easy to prepare. So, with the help of culinary friends, he created an innovative line of fully cooked meat proteins that are perfect for people looking to build lean muscle, lose weight, or simply eat healthier to feel better.
