SAUTEÉD KALE

  • 1 lb. Fresh Kale
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sugar. Bring to a boil and add kale. Cook for 5 minutes. Add cranberries and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by half. Add salt and pepper if desired. Sprinkle with sliced almonds just before serving. Serves 6.
