Microwave: Place individual item (in film pouch) on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on HIGH for 45-90 seconds, or until the pouch inflates then releases. Remove plate with item from microwave and allow to cool for one minute. Peel film pouch apart starting where it breached. Serve and enjoy. (Microwaves vary. Heating times are approximate.)
Stovetop: Steaming works best because it keeps the item juicy. Fill a pot or skillet with about a quarter-inch of water. Place item in center, cover and bring water to a low simmer. Let the item steam until it is warmed through. Plate, serve and enjoy.
Grill: Since Clean Planet proteins and other items are already grilled and fully cooked, heating on a grill is not recommended, as it may cause the item to dry out.
